Many programs with video and music files, plus all passwords and Desktop, were kept in order using the transfer program of EASY ZINSTALL! What blew me away was the politeness Dennis A showed, throughout the many hours he was working to finish the transfer. It took many hours to migrate to my new laptop, but it worked like a charm. He was responsive and knew what to do when there was an issue. Dennis was persistent and overcame all the bumps on the road.
